Join us for our Twilight Walk at Delamere Forest – an enchanting experience that combines the magic of twilight with the beauty of Delamere Forest.

Embark on a challenging 10k sponsored walk like no other, surrounded by the glow of the setting sun, watch as the forest comes alive with charm that will make your journey truly unforgettable. Conquer the trails of Delamere Forest, as you walk with hundreds of other St Luke’s supporters all raising vital funds for the Hospice. You will also receive your very own head torch (which you can take home with you).

Before you embark on your twilight walk, enjoy music with friends from our DJ at the visitors centre and indulge in the warmth of our fire pits and savour delicious s'mores. Gather around with fellow participants, share stories, and create lasting memories as you prepare for your enchanting journey to join together to support the Hospice.

Last year 850 supporters who took part in the Twilight Walk, walked collectively 12 million steps and were able to raise an incredible £62,000 for patient care, and with your support this year we can make this event even bigger and raise even more for the care of patients and their families!

How Far Do I Walk?

From the visitors centre you will walk up Old Pale, around the forest mere, finishing back at the visitors centre - approximately 10k (6 miles). Click here to download the map.

Who Can Register?

Everyone is welcome and this is a great event for all the family.

How Much is Registration?

£20 adults £9.50 children

Add in a S'mores kit for an extra £2.50  (giant marshmallow, chocolate biscuits, and toasting skewer pack) at the point of registration

Dogs

Delamere welcome dogs and so we are happy for you to have your dog accompany you on the Twilight Walk if you wish them to (they can even be sponsored with their own form by friends and family)

Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times and must have either a reflective lead/collar or coat Twilight Walk participants with dogs will walk in one group and will start approximately 10 minutes after the main group. We do this to reflect that some people are not comfortable around dogs however gorgeous they are (the dogs that is!)

This is a sponsored event and although there is no minimum we appreciate every penny you can raise so we will send you a sponsorship form once you have registered along with details of JustGiving.
