It’s really important to us that we can keep providing our services free of charge. As we receive just 15% of our funding from the Government, we have to rely on the kindness of local people and local businesses to generate the rest – an eye-watering £3M.
Of all of our various ways of generating funds for the Hospice, our regular giving scheme, called “Business Circle” is one of our favourites as it gives us reassurance that we have money coming in each month, which allows us to plan for the future as well as taking care of patients today.
Recognising Your Support
Open to companies of all shapes and sizes
It’s really easy to join our Business Circle. By agreeing to make a make a monthly donation of £25, £50 or £100 we would recognise your support in the following ways:
- You will receive a personal tour of the St Luke’s, so that you can see for yourself the difference your support makes.
- You will feature on our ‘Business Circle Hero Wall’ on our website and social media platforms.
- You will receive a certificate to display, demonstrating your ongoing support to staff and customers

We are your local hospice and there’s a good chance that some of your colleagues lives may have been touched by St Luke’s, or maybe you know someone personally who has been supported by us. It’s easy to see how your monthly donations can build up over time, allowing us to invest in the future of the Hospice.
