St Luke’s Hospice will be hosting two ‘Colour Rush’ events in 2023 with families and friends being urged to sign up now to ‘run the rainbow’ for patient care. After a hugely successful Colour Rush event last year, there will be two in 2023 to ensure everybody who wants to participate can get involved.
The first Colour Rush will take place on Sunday May 21st at The Grange School playing fields in Hartford. The second will be held on Sunday September 24th at Dorfold Hall in Nantwich. St Luke’s Head of Events, Jane Thompson, said: “We’re so excited to be holding Colour Rush again, and this year we are doing it twice! It was a huge hit with families last year and we’re looking forward to two successful fundraisers. “It promises to be a fantastic day out so please get together with family and friends and join us to run the rainbow for St Luke’s! The money raised will help fund vital services at the Hospice and enable us to care for more local people and their families. “We would like to thank to The Grange School and Dorfold Hall for their kind support of these events.”
A fun-filled day out for all the family, participants can walk or run around the 5K course through colour stations of powder paint and end up all the colours of the rainbow. Not forgetting the popular and fun-filled bubble station! The party doesn’t end at the finish line, as there will also be music, dancing, food and drink to enjoy in the event village to guarantee a fantastic day out for all involved.
Early bird entries for this year’s events will receive a 25% discount on all ticket prices, but hurry as it won’t last long!
