Capturing Memories

Capturing Memories

Precious moments you can cherish forever

Memories are so important. Having precious moments that you and your loved ones can cherish is priceless.

Capturing Memories is a free service available at the Hospice for patients and their families to create lasting keepsakes to preserve the memory of a loved one.

This can be achieved through a variety of activities including: finger/hand print activities, memory boxes, recording messages, letter writing, scrapbooks and journals, jars of love, and love hearts.

Resources for all these activities can be easily accessed on our In-Patient Unit for staff to share with patients and their families.
