Where Moments Count – Daniel & Kim’s Story

From diagnosis to final days, we supported 43-year-old Daniel Stokoe from Crewe, his wife Kim and children Izzy and Harry.

Kim shared: “In the last few weeks, I’d pick Harry and Izzy up from school and go straight to the Hospice. They could spend precious time with their dad and it never felt clinical. The staff were so kind.

We’d read, play games, and Harry would help himself to ice cream. That’s what we all needed. I honestly don’t know how we would have coped without St Luke’s. We had that time together, and we’ll be forever grateful.”
