Sit amongst our magnificent display of Christmas trees and join us for our Christmas Cinema on Saturday 25th November. We are showing two films using silent headphone technology on our giant screen to ensure the best sound quality in this beautiful Church. It's a Wonderful Life: After George Bailey (James Stewart) wishes he had never been born, an angel (Henry Travers) is sent to earth to make George’s wish come true. George starts to realize how many lives he has changed and impacted, and how they would be different if he was never there. There will be Prosecco, beer and soft drinks for sale and of course, the obligatory popcorn!

When a doubting young boy takes an extraordinary train ride to the North Pole, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery that shows him that the wonder of life never fades for those who believe. There will be Prosecco, beer and soft drinks for sale and of course, the obligatory popcorn!

Christmas Tree Festival 2023

We’re excited to be running our first Christmas Tree Festival in partnership with St Mary’s Church This will be an enchanting display of individually decorated Christmas trees, created by local businesses, community groups and individuals to reflect their business. When you arrive at St Marys you will be greeted by one of our fabulous volunteers – as this is a fundraiser we are asking for a £3.00 donation entry (though under 16’s are free) As we are expecting to be very busy you can purchase the bundle ticket in advance to give you priority entry, save some money (beat the queues!) for £7.50. It will also include: Entry donation Headphone hire – you will have the choice of listening to a narration of the church or Christmas songs. Cup of mulled wine Friday 24th November – 10am – 8.00pm The Sounds of Christmas – on arrival rent your pair of personal silent headphones, where you can listen to the “Sounds of Christmas” as you peruse the display of trees.
